Current key roles available include

  • General Manager Hunting Lodge- we are seeking an experienced and current holder of a GM or Deputy GM post with a minimum of 3 years experience at that level to operate and manage the Hunting Lodge on a day to day basis accountable for the day to day operations concentrating on all aspects related to Food & Beverage, Accommodation and Front of House Management.
  • Head Chef- We are seeking to recruit a Head Chef for the Hunting Lodge with responsibility for the development, planning, control and co-ordination of all catering activities undertaken by the Hunting Lodge ensuring the provision of first class catering to our guests.
  • Chef De Partie- this role is a fantastic opportunity for an up and coming chef to broaden their skill base and develop their culinary expertise to the highest standards. The successful person must be passionate about food and passionate about delivering the highest quality of product available.
